 Everyone who knows me pretty well knows that I’m not super "frilly" or "girly" — so it's not common that you find me wearing a dress. (Unless I'm pregnant in the heat of Tennessee summers of course because -- hello, ventilation.) However, one of the main reasons that I have been able to fall in love with every Solika release over the past year and a half is because I've never felt that their styles make me feel too girly, uncomfortable or too exposed. Solika always offers a sleek/sophisticated dress that hits in all the spots of your body modestly and when my toddler drops everything on the floor I can bend over without a care in the world. All of their pieces can be styled professionally, casually or edgy and I need that kind of versatility in my wardrobe so badly! Why have 3 or 4 pieces of clothing that do what one piece can do on its' own right? All I did was pair this dress with some sneakers and a denim jacket and it's instantly more casual and sporty! This dress is called the ‘Black Nora’ and is a part of their Fall collection release! I love the sporty vibe mixed with the ribbing and the tight/cuffed sleeves! — As usual, you know they always deliver on a solid pocket option. So naturally, it’s my favorite. Because mom life. I can't say enough good things about this company and how much I look forward to every seasonal release that they have. Their stuff is quality made and maintains that same quality through every wash and wear!
