Nashville did it. We had our first week of consistently high temps and there doesn't appear to be a SINGLE 50 degree day on our horizon. Yes. Yes. Yes. I have officially put away all of my winter coats to find that my closet space has suddenly tripped in size! If you're traveling anywhere this Spring or Summer you're going to want to add this floral dress from Pink Blush to your packing list! This dress is made of mostly spandex, sooooo you could basically lunge it out instead of wearing workout clothes. The less laundry the better, ammmiiiright? Crushin' on these side pockets that will more than likely be filled with pacifiers and teething rings. So... 'this is 26.' On a more serious note, for anyone that doesn't know -- Pink Blush has a women's, maternity, and a plus sized line so they really cover all of the bases to accommodate every shape and size of the female body which I think is a very beautiful thing. As a bonus a lot of their styles can be crossover pieces in and out of maternity as well! I just LOVE this brand and everything they stand for, for the modern momma. Since we're talking about future travels, Eric and I are getting geared up for a ton of Summer road trips! The company he works for offers a 6 week paternity leave for papa bears and we are going to be visiting all sorts of family from Virginia Beach all the way to Arkansas that haven't met our little gal and some that haven't even been able to meet Eric! As excited as we are I'm definitely beginning to deep sigh over everything that is ending up on our packing list for the trip. Liiiikkkeee I'm packing the entire nursery. Catch me in the front seat with a diaper genie between my legs. Just kidding, buuuuttttt -- PLEASE SEND HALLLLPPPP. We will be covering about 2,500 miles by the time this trip is said and done -- SO to all of my fellow mommas, I'm counting on you and your experiences to help me create the ULTIMATE travel list for a 5 month old. Because let's be real... this is not the kind of trip that I want to learn the hard way on! HAH! Please comment below with everything that you recommend having to make things as comfortable and "easy" as home, while also keeping it light. As a side note; we will be traveling in my hella tiny Nissan Versa. If you don't know what one looks like... click that link and prepare to feel very, very sorry for me. Excuse me while I nervous laugh myself into oblivion.
READY, SET, GO! - xx Katie
